The numbered knife is available for purchase to graduates of the Special Forces Qualification Course who were not previously issued a serial numbered Yarborough knife.

The authorization process is as follows:

Self purchase: Send your NAME, CIVILIAN ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, E-MAIL ADDRESS, and PROOF OF SPECIAL FORCES QUALIFICATION (e.g., SFQC graduation certificate, DD-214, ORB/ERB, or SF tab orders).

Purchasing for SF Qualified person: In addition to the above “self purchase” step, you must provide a hand receipt holder’s information (e.g., name, civilian address, telephone number, and if applicable the unit) who will have the physical and fiduciary responsibility for the knife until the authorization letter is signed and dated by the Yarborough Knife Recipient. Moreover, provide a copy the Yarborough Knife Recipient’s government issued photo ID.

If approved, an authorization letter will be ISSUED VIA E-MAIL along with INSTRUCTIONS for the purchase thru the Gift Store. Please read the entire email and follow the set of instructions to complete the purchase; e.g., once you have been approved, please contact the Gift Store at 910-436-2366 from 11-4 Monday-Friday or store@jfkwebstore.com to purchase the serial numbered Yarborough knife. The cost to purchase and ship the knife is $450, while the cost to purchase in our physical store is $400
